Key Accountabilities: Overseeing that the production target is achieved with acceptable quality required by the customers; instrumental in procuring raw material, packing material, machinery, etc. for ice cream factory in Sinnar – Nasik. Looking after routine process troubleshooting and achieving rated production by proper utilization of manpower & machine; responsible for managing the activities related to processing of milk and cream for preparation of ice cream mix. Initiating steps to modify and improve the production process to increase the productivity; managing and monitoring the grading of raw milk, cream; ensuring the top class quality of raw materials which are used for manufacturing of ice cream. Planning for plant utilization and optimum utilizations of available resources (Man/ machine/ material/ method); conducting audit to identify problem areas and find solutions by considering alternatives, taking into account the benefits and costs of any recommendations. Spearheading efforts across managing the production operations; responsible for developing complete formulation for the ice cream factory while ensuring production targets are achieved in time and within budget. Preparing and maintaining necessary documents required to comply with HACCP, ISO 9001 - 2008 norms and other statutory quality standards; also discharged duties as management representative (MR) for ISO and HACCP audit.

Production Planning / Quality Assurance.

Factory ManagerKey Accountabilities: Drove efforts across handling and managing the whole gamut of operations of a New Ice Cream Factory in Sudan from start up stage to final stage while ensuring adherence to time and quality parameters. Spearheaded efforts across managing the operations while achieving maximum cost savings without hampering the production process; judiciously designed and implemented stringent systems and quality plans to ensure high quality standards at all the stages of production. Judiciously carried out installation and commissioning of the plant machinery. Entrusted with the responsibility of handling cost effective procurement operations of raw material, packing material and machinery etc for new ice cream factory in Sudan to ensure uninterrupted working. Proficient in formulating and maintaining necessary documents in conformity with BIS, HACCP, ISO norms and other statutory quality standards. Efficiently developing packaging material art work and looking after complete formulation for the start up of new factory.

Production Manager Managing activities related to New Product Development, Production and Quality Control.Maintenance Purview Plant capacity 40,000 Liters of Ice Cream per day.  Pasteurizing Equipments: Ice Cream Freezers, Homogenizer, Chiller and Machinery from Tetra Pak Hoyer, Itali. Hoyer Straight Line Capacity 6000 PCs per hour. Roller Pack Capacity 40,000 PC per hour. Ball Cone Making Hoyer Straight Line capacity 6000 pcs per hour.

Dairy Supervisor Managing a wide gamut of activities which encompass- Packing of fresh milk, skimmed milk, low fat milk, high fat milk and different types of laban drinks - Maintenance of ELOPAK machinery- Preparation of ice cream mix - Processing of yoghurt and cultured dairy products- Ensuring the quality of the products through chemical and microbiological analysis

Role: Independently managing the Packaging Unit with capacity of 30,000 Liters of milk per day. Responsible for processing and C.I.P of the product line and tanks.

Process Officer Managing the activities related to processing of milk and cream for preparation of ice cream mix. Looking after the grading of raw milk, cream; ensuring the top class quality of raw materials which are used for manufacturing of ice cream.
