Responsibilities:• Responsible for full cycle of Sales recruitment and end to end recruitment.• Marketing Bench Resumes of Various Technologies like Java/J2ee, .Net, Business Analyst, Oracle Apps, Oracle HRMS, SAP, PeopleSoft, Flash developer and more.• Involved in marketing profiles of OPT, CPT, H1B & GC.• Posting Resume of the Bench Consultants in all Job Portals like Dice, Career Builder, Job flocks Monster etc.,• Sourcing and applying on Portals to get requirements for our Consultants.• Involved in Updating profiles on daily basis in all Job portals.• Broadcasting Updated Hot list daily in groups and to huge network I have.• Will check with prime vendors about requirements on daily basis where I have very good contact. • Calling Bench consultants daily to be in touch with them, to get hold of them and following up with them on submissions updates from vendors.• Submitting our Consultants resume to the perfect match requirement to my Preferred Vendors and Middle Layers and following up with them for their updates.• If the consultant interview is scheduled following up with consultant and vendor to confirm the availability of the consultant make sure that consultant should attend for the interview.• If the consultant is confirmed for the Project Communicate to the consultant and following up with the vendors till their joining.• And I’ll make sure that the Paper work, NCA Agreement, PO should be done in proper way. And further things like signing the agreements are handled by our HR Manager.• Maintaining Good Database/ Internal Database and good Relationship with Different Vendors. • Filling up the Log sheets & Client Interview Log sheets by the Consultants at the end of the day on Daily Basis

Responsibilities: • Working in the sales team to market the consultant’s profiles, who are on payroll of the company• Exposure in dealing all kind of IT requirements.• Broadcasting the consultant’s profile using mass mailing, Groups and job portals.• Working on direct clients, prime vendor and tier-2 requirements and submitting the consultant profile to the respective requirements.• Following up with the vendor/recruiter and scheduling the interview for the consultant. • Negotiating the rate and other expenses with the vendor/Recruiter for the consultant and closing the position.• Create own H1B/pay roll consultant profiles in multiple job portals to market to multiple clients.• Apply jobs on behalf of them only to the direct client or tier-1 clients.• Posting their resumes into Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, Net-temps etc.• Market them with best billing Rate & find long-term projects for them.• Update their resumes regularly & present them as a best fit for client requirement.• Screening consultants to ensure their skills, experience and knowledge to meet open positions.• Maintain their performance records, keep monitoring their duration of the project, and try to place them before putting them in to bench.• Built flexible relationship with the Hot List consultant & with the clients too.• Follow marketing strategy for best results.• Negotiate contract terms with vendors.• Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees, vendors and the clients.• Achieving the framed business target within the stipulated time.• Getting eligible resumes through personal contacts.• Head hunting the requirements from the other jobs sites as well.• Ensure for the placements of allocated bench resources.• Submitting the daily report to the manage
