● 22+ years of product development experience as a Developer, Tech Lead, Manager, Architect in Enterprise - level implementation of the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC), including Architecture, Functional and Technical design, Development, Implementation and Support. ● Very strong technical leadership skills coupled with a passion for empowering and driving excellence in teams ● Experienced in leading large complex projects ● Ability to work effectively with all areas within Technologies Teams, Product Development and outside solution providers ● Experience with multiple software methodologies: Agile and Waterfall ● Deep understanding of software and tools (both traditional and discovery), the architecture needed to support these solutions and significant experience in managing this environment ● Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to present complex technical solutions in a form that others in the organization can easily understand● Very good debugging skills to solve complex problems ● Ability to evaluate architectural options (complexity, performance, scalability, durability) and make right recommendation for implementation ● Diverse experience utilizing tools in N-tier and Microservices architecture applications
