As TPM in return and Re-commerce division of Amazon.com retail, I am working with an objective to offer maximum customer delight during returns and driving revenue for Amazon for returned products by way of re commerce. Innovation is at the core in this org as we constntly look for new ways to improve upon customer experience using technology that learns, suggests and has full loopback capabilities.

Currently working on Avaya Oceana omni-channel contact centre product suite with expertise in Avaya Cobrowse, Avaya Chat bot and Ocenalytics Snapins. Working on Workforce Central suite product of Kronos.
