At Argience, we started a consumer Internet Project Qureka, that intended to help discover people, information through their interests.To enable this, I patented a new user experience for the web, defined & managed the product strategy and led the development of a product that created highly relevant content and people recommendation algorithms, resulting in building a strong and relevant interest graph.As an innovative acquisition and revenue generation model, I proposed holding interest based live events on the platform. By hosting Bollywood personalities for promotional and launch events, the platform acquired more than 50000 monthly active users in a period of 6 months.

My role as Director of Digital products was to work with the CEO and the senior management team to transform the firm into a Digital-first organization with Branded E-commerce at the core of it.This required a Digital Strategy with implementation of cohesive and well aligned advertising, marketing & commerce automations and a complete technology stack that included the creation of 1. A ground-up Digital Technology, E-commerce and Digital Marketing Strategy2. Envision, strategize and deliver consumer products and a Branded E-commerce portal for customer acquisition, engagement, conversion with a great UI/UX3. Strategize and lead teams to deliver Technology driven enterprise-wide products for streamlining functional and organizational processes, employees & channel partner management. 4. Ownership of the Digital Marketing and Advertising stack across Social, Email, Marketing Automation Implementation, Social Advertising & Conversion Rate OptimizationThis resulted in 300% growth & profitability was achieved in 6 months of strategy implementation. Other notable results included:1. Reduction in customer acquisition cost by 50%2. Reduction in cost of customer activation by 65%3. Increase in Net profit per unit sold by 60%
