Responsible for client coverage and business development for Financial Institutions and Non-Banking Financial Institutions across the Europe & Americas regions.Sourcing new clients in line with the approved Strategy and Target markets.Marketing the bank's full spectrum of products and solutions across multiple areas including Treasury, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Global Transaction Banking, Syndicate/Club/Bilateral facilities and private placements. Assessing counterparty needs and advising on appropriate financial solutions.Preparing annual / interim reviews and credit proposals, for the counterparties. This includes analyzing financial statements and related material to prepare written credit application packages.Liaising with necessary departments to drive the credit process and obtain the respective approvals from the control functions, ensuring timely provision of information during the application, assessment and approval phases.Preparing completing and ensuring valid KYC / CDD is in place for the counterparties. Part of the Funding team which is responsible to maintain and execute long-term funding programmes for the Bank [including Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN)] and arrange to raise term financing as per ALCO approved requirementsEnsuring business synergies across Wholesale Banking team and other product teams enabling cross-sell opportunities with clients in line with the Bank's strategic initiatives
