Over 10 years of experience in the QA domain, I am a functional consultant and Sr QA at Abjayon, a leading provider of Oracle Utilities solutions. I work on OUAF framework related applications including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Customer 2 Meter (C2M) ,ORMB and Customer Cloud Service (CCS) delivering high- quality solutions that meet the client’s needs and expectations.I have developed expertise in manual testing, application testing, and functional testing, following different testing methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. I have also participated in different phases of testing, such as system testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and functional acceptance testing.Additionally, I have demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills, working with clients, understanding their requirements, preparing test strategies, estimation sheets, and requirement traceability matrices. My goal is to continuously learn and improve my skills and knowledge in the Oracle Utilities domain and contribute to the success of Abjayon and its clients.
