My first real job was at a prestigious law firm, where I worked for 12+ years. It was time to spread my wings and I landed in a different industry, where I had to adapt, utilize and develop different skills, whilst always having that sound foundation. In my current position, I am right where I need to be. My job is a mix of working within the operations and working alongside it to assure and support quality and development. Within the operations I head up a core business team, a client onboarding team, a business support/archiving team and a facilities team. Alongside the operations I focus on quality assurance, both onshore and offshore, the quality of learning and development, and the development of talent, middle management and culture.One of my strengths is being able to quickly see what other people's talents are. And there aren't that many things as satisfying as successfully supporting someone's growth and confidence. I am committed to bringing out the best in people and in the organization.
