Part of core team responsible for:- Preparation of the World e-Parliament Report 2016 (http://www.ipu.org/pdf/publications/eparl16-en.pdf), incl. responsibility of global e-Parliament survey (survey deployment, outreach to parliaments, data management)- Preparation of World e-Parliament Conference 2016, which was held at the Chamber of Deputies of Chile, and saw over 200 participants - parliamentarians, parliamentary officials and representatives of civil society and other organisations - from more than 50 countries. Specific responsibilties incl. among others contributing to overall agenda, design and selection of speakers for technical track, and ensuring conference web communications (www.wepr2016.org)

In coordination with UNDP Libya Country Office (Deputy CO director) and UNDP Communications (NY), conducted the establishment of the UNDP Libya website - following completion of remote trainings provided by UNDP NY on: content management within the new UNDP global content management platform (Adobe CQ5); new corporate branding strategy; style guidelines; web-authoring guidelines. In addition drafting/delivery of two UNDP Libya newsletters.

On behalf of DESA responsible for implementation of EU project (960.000 EUR) to support the development of IT strategies in 16 Caribbean parliaments. Daily responsibilities: admin/budget mgt; financial/interim/final reporting; resources mobilization; management of pool of IT experts; final delivery of IT strategic plans through execution of technical missions. Achievements: managing 28 technical missions to 14 parliaments in 11 months; managing 10 international experts; coordination with UNDP; substantive oversight & delivery of IT strategic plans; receiving EU project-evaluation score (4 out of max. 5) for *implementation*, *impact*, and *sustainability*. (P3 level)

Monitoring and evaluation of KIT capacity building projects aimed at strengthening ICT in Higher Education in Africa, specifically focusing on university libraries, and the use of technology. M&E missions to Mozambique (Eduardo Mondlane University); Ghana (Association of African Universities) and South Africa(SAfAIDS).

As Dutch-funded JPO at the UN DESA Global Centre for ICT in Parliament (based in Rome), contributed to global normative research, knowledge networking and technical assistance to parliaments incl. organizational and substantive contribution to: Global Survey of ICT in Parliament in 2007 and 2009; delivery of the World e-Parliament Reports of 2008 and 2010; and World e-Parliament Conferences (2007 at ITU in Geneva; 2008 at European Parliament in Brussels; 2009 at US House of Representatives in Washington DC).
