We are currently manufacturing Paasta, Vermicelli and Macroni under the brand name,"Avinam". Our manufacturing unit is located in Bokaro,Jharkhand under 14000 sq feet shed.

We have bottling unit of Mineral water for 200 BPM capacity, Juice line of 120 BPM and HDPE Litchi line of 120 BPM . Currently, we are manufacturing Mineral water under the brand name Bailley by Parle Agro.The entire setup is installed on the 3 acres of land at Ranchi.

I did project on " Standardization of Items/ brands/ Products for major 4 categories for all units of Shree Cement Limited". The focus was to reduce the Inventory of the company as various differents Products are used for the same application in different units. I also worked for Annual Procurement for the company for the various products with consensus from the technical team. The total Saving from standardization, Annual Procurement and Saving in Manpower was estimated to be around Rs.70 Lakhs.Besides that, I have taken following Initiatives during my Internship :-1.
