Currently working in a cell based therapy for regenerative medicine. The Centre is clubbed with two renowed hospitals, Maruthi Hospital and Kauvery Hospital at Trichy. We check the safety with a team of specialized physicians and technicians, efficacy of biologicals like PRP, Bone marrow concentrate for various clinical degenerative conditions which includes OSMF, Osteoarthritis, male and female infertility, nervous disorders, diabetic foot ulcers. The therapy is being done when conventional therapy proves to be ineffective. I have experience in in-vitro animal cell culture techniques, isolation of mesenchymal stem cells from various sources like dental pulp, bone marrow and adipose tissue. Apart from routeing cell culture. I have also cultured cells on various scaffolds like collagen sheet, Beta TCP. The prime objective of my present research is to isolate fibroblast cells from patients of Oral submucous fibrosis, which does not grow under normal in-vitro condition and to check its proliferation effect when co-cultured with autologous bone marrow concentrate of the patient.
