As I move ahead to share about myself, I would like to appreciate your effort in getting acquainted more about me 😊Hailing from the industrial city of our country-Jamshedpur to now residing in the city beautiful -Chandigarh. I have journey which is unique in its way. Happy to share the same over here. It was an enriching experience for me to work and understand the government functioning with respect to the developmental projects in our country. One aspect which has been close to my heart has been the Menstrual Hygiene Management, where I undertook the initiative "Lets's start the conversation about Menstruation" as the taboos, stereotypes and incorrect information still prevails in the major parts of India. Moving ahead, they say career switches happen with the rare. However, I chose to be one of them. It wasn't an easy one but after all courage is pivotal and I chose to unleash the skills I possessed. The Almighty happily placed and guided me towards being a Soft Skills Trainer and this was the time when I happened to realize what all elements are needed amongst professionals to soar themselves in being progressive and successful. Therefore I equally upskilled myself and now as a Learning & Development Professional, Iv come across alot of executives who are still looking for their pathway to success and one of the most common deterrent is confidence and communication in them. Thus, advocating the right elements to help individuals pertain a better version of themselves and not to forget Empathy and Compassion are my Superpowers ✨🏆
