Currently I am working as a Network Engineer for a client based project(AT&T) in Tech MahindraAT&T project.1.Engaged in operations at AT&T NOC, addressing tickets for global customers such as Hilton hotel, Disney and banks.2. Responsible for troubleshooting Cisco, Meraki and Aruba networking equipment, wireless connectivity issues like intermittent connectivity, packet drops and problems with Guest Wi-Fi.3. Conduct analysis on packet captures, ping responses and provide on-call solutions to customers.4. Collaborate with network team to resolve issues within SLA, offer RFO to customers, and prevent future outages.5. Assist AT&T Technicians with integration andtroubleshooting, utilizing tools likeCisco, Meraki, Aruba, Fleet,CLI, and Cloud for wireless network troubleshooting.6. Perform hardware replacements, configure new devices, and handle provisioning and cloning of devices.Bharti Airtel Project. 1. In airtel project, we used to support wired & RF customer.2. We used to check the intermittent connectivity, bandwidth and packet loss of customer.3. We used to troubleshoot the issue on our own with the customer and if it is not resolved we used to send a technician for further troubleshooting.4. We used multiple tools like Putty, M6, DT tools,CFM and we used multiple NMS like HUAWEI, ALCATEL and ZTE.
