As a Technical Customer Advisor at Irle Rolls, I am responsible for managing and resolving technical inquiries of Roll requirements from global clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and technical support. My role involves a balance of customer relationship management, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with internal departments such as sales, production, and research and development.

Recovery of Germanium from secondary resources.

• Process modelling of pyrometallurgical processes• Simulation of Waelz slag by using HSC and FactSage Software.• WAELUE Project (Recovery of recyclable materials from Waelz slag)

Process Control Stations- Hot rolled, pickled and annealed coils, Cold Rolling, Tandem and Decarburization line, Multi-batch annealing, and tunnel Furnaces, Heat flattening and coating line, Mgo line, Laser line.Research and development, Process control and Analysis of all the parameters of the above process stations. - Operate various instruments like LECO, Hardness tester etc. used in CRGO testing. CRGO testing as per IS-649. CRGO grade clearance as per IS-3024. -Data analysis, Testing, Graph monitoring (EBA), Observations on a daily basis, Chemistry. Report to Upper management, monthly reports, and yield reports.-Product development by doing exceptional analysis on Grain-oriented and Non-grain oriented steel sheets.- Managing testing laboratories like Mechanical, physical as well as chemical labs.- Documentation control of all QC & Inspection reports as per IMS with the approval of Client & TPI.

- Asst. Engineer and Quality Control Shift In Charge For 1.4 MTPA TMT Re-Bar Mill India’s Biggest Re-Bar Mill, Technology Provider SMS Meer Italy Having Project Cost Approx 750 Cr. - Inspection of billets before rolling to meet the standard as per IS 2831:2012. -TMT Testing and Inspection as per IS 1786:2008 and BS:4449, Bend and Re bend test, tensile strength and elongation, then providing immediate feedback to the production teams to ensure finished products achieve or exceed predefined expectations.- Spectro Test (Chemical Composition Analysis), Macro, Micro and Ring formation of Martensite.- Support the operations team by collecting, testing, and feeding back data to ensure finished products meet quality, technical and dimensional specifications.- Worked on SAP (QM module) for quality clearance of raw material & final product.- Customer complaint handling.- Review Material Test certificates and inspect incoming materials and obtain clearance from Customers.

Hot inspection area: Good knowledge about Surface defects, Internal defects & Dimensions of Wire rod(WRD), Wire rod block(WRB), Hexagonal, Round and Round Corner Square(RCS).Cold inspection area: Mechanical inspection like Hardness test, Bend test, Tensile test etc.Metallurgical tests like Microstructure, Bending, Decarburisation, Inclusion ratings etc.Junior Inspection engineer in Bar and section mill, Alloy steel mill, and Bloom mill. -Monitoring steel defects like scratch, Cracks, Fins and Overfilling, Scales, Roughness, Burnt steel, abrasions, Caliber marks, Bruising, Lap lines, Wrinkles, Seams, and Shells.-Post inspection of steel products.-Preparation Daily Test report, TC preparation, Calibration of Instruments & Equipment, Equipment Maintenance.
