Uber has been betting big on Uber Intercity product and Rajasthan, epi center of tourism in India is one of the strategic areas for expansion and growth for the Intercity product. As a Management Intern, worked on both demand & supply aspects, resulting 20% week over week increase in the Number of trips taken.Few objectives carried out during the project are as follows:• Designed & implemented call & book process which enabled customers to hire cab over phone call• Designed an ELC tool to analyze the driver lifecycle on the platform & reduce their churn rate• On boarded 300+ drivers for Uber intercity which resulted in 20% weekly increase in trips• Conducted a feasibility study for intercity cab pooling, its ideal pick up & drop points and pricing• Analyzed customer segments of Uber Intercity & identified 10 cohorts to study consumer behavior

Scope of work – The primary focus of the project was to assess the impact of their nurture merit program run by the organization that includes Financial Assistance, Library facilities and Residential Bridge Camp for the meritorious but financially distressed students. The focus was to analyse its impact through the softer aspects such as student overall personality development, change in their mind-set and attitude, their career goals, aspirations, awareness and 15 other factors.Impact - As a part of the deliverable, I conducted structured interviews of 50 students across courses and developed a comprehensive framework based on these metrics which I designed coupled with feedback from the students, donors, volunteers and the teachers. Further, I have identified the key performance indicators for the program and created a platform which can be used by the organisation for periodic assessments.

• Graduated from IT development program envisioned to provide exposure across various segments within Dell. • Designed a custom Label generation product which reads the shipment requests from the customers and designs a Shipment Labels on the go and prints through the zpl printer.• Has been a key player in Designing and Implemented Logging framework to track the order shipment status with each individual logistics partners.• Collaborated with various logistics and Manufacturing teams to facilitate the standardization of shipment labels across Original device manufacturers (ODM) and third party logistics (3PL). • As an Executive Officer of the IT Development program, has been instrumental in guiding the program participants across India in transitioning into Dell IT by designing the training needs, CSR activities and arranging networking and talent profile building sessions.

Title: Design of tunable clock tree buffer to mitigate the impact of process variation on performance• Designed the schematic and layout of a tunable buffer using Cadence Virtuoso analog design environment• Performed the parasitic extraction and implemented the cell characterization flow and generated the industry standard LEF, LAFF,GDSII and Redhawk model files• Performed the Gate oxide integrity check for the cell and generated the antenna data for all the pins• The Buffer has been implemented in the Texas Instruments latest architectureTitle: Reduction of switching noise using on-chip decoupling capacitors in mixed-signal systems• Performed noise analysis in mixed signals ICs and calculated the efficacy of on-chip decoupling capacitors(decaps)• Performed Dynamic voltage drop(DvD) analysis & Chip power modelling in Vectorless mode for different decap placement strategies• Implemented the different decoupling capacitors placement strategies and compared their dynamic voltage drop, power and demand currents to decide upon the best decap placement strategy

• Developed an object recognition algorithm which utilizes the 3-dimensional data acquired by Kinect to detect objects that are placed in its neighbourhood• Processed the video from Kinect to obtain the Hand position and used different points of the hand to obtain the direction in which the finger is being pointed• Developed a strategy for pointing and tracking an object from a distance by only using human hand.• Implemented the algorithm in C using OpenCV library function in Visual studio 2010 Platform.
