I currently work as an Architect for the T-Systems Automation Center of Excellence.I use artificial intelligence AI and machine learning techniques to automate processes and create new opportunities.Using methodologies such as Lean Thinking, we can work on the continuous improvement of business processes (BPM).I am in the transition to the Dev/Ops paradigm and more specifically in the use of container technologies such as Docker and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.My experience focuses on the analysis and classification of textual information (NLP), such as emails, chats, and information from ticket systems.Focusing on possible uses of AI for anomaly detection, and content generation, such as creating text summaries.
