He is a Co-Owner of Destar Inc. and SystemGuru Inc. He also runs his family office - Excel Capital Ventures Pte. which invests in the Indo-US corridor.Avinash was a founding member of Birlasoft and was primarily responsible for the initial setup and growth of the company. As Chief Operating Officer, Avinash was responsible for global operations across the USA, Europe, APAC and Middle East markets.
