I managed all aspects of packaging and quality control activities and provided support for techno-commercial operations, procurement, as well as client and stakeholder management.

I effectively implemented quality programs including ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP within The Coca Cola Quality System. I managed quality control for diverse product lines such as PET, Mango Juice, RGB, and Packaged Drinking Water, resulting in defect-free production and an improved product quality. I achieved top-ranking quality scores for RGB products across all 70 plants in India, meeting and surpassing quality measure targets.

I was also spearheading as Sr. Quality Assurance Officer in the firm with accountabilities like handling the PET, Mango Juice, RGB and Packaged Drinking Water Product Lines, monitoring complete products filling process by maintaining stringent process control and bringing back the process under control whenever there was process deviations occurred, conducting root cause analysis for the process deviations and took corrective actions to avoid its recurrence, performing capability studies on key parameters of product and optimized the process to achieve process capability & resolving consumer complaints related to quality issues and implemented corrective action plans (CAPs).

As a Microbiologist my responsibilities were to conduct microbiological analysis of raw water, washed containers, processing hall air, finished product, market samples and initiating action if microbial analysis results did not comply with company specifications, analyze incoming raw materials such as sugar, hyflow, activated carbon, lime, bleaching powder, carbon dioxide, etc, coordinate with suppliers to get consistently good quality of raw & packaging materials and to communicate and incorporate changes as per requirement & also prove the pivotal in handling the consumer complaints related to quality issues and implementing corrective action plans (CAPs).
