I have a semi-qualified chartered accountant credential and a bachelor's degree in commerce, with over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting in the development sector and with CA/CPA firms.I have successfully managed multiple grants and contracts from institutional, corporate, foundation, and HNI donors, such as BMGF, EU, GAP, USAID, Oracle, Ford Foundation, HDFC, and CARE affiliates. I have also developed and implemented financial policies and procedures, conducted audits and risk assessments, automated financial processes, and built the capacity of partners and staff. My domain expertise is in health and social issues, such as tuberculosis, lung disease, HIV/AIDS, gender equality, livelihood, and disaster response. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to contribute to the mission and vision of The Union, which is to provide health solutions to the poor and marginalized communities around the world.
