PT. Rembaka is a local cosmetics manufacturer that specializes in makeup and skincare products. PT. Rembaka offers some brands including La Tulipe, LT Pro, and LT Men. The company focus on providing high quality products which is suitable for Indonesian skin and ensuring safety for their customers. Their products go through clinical testing to ensure consistency in quality. They have received GMP and Halal Certificate, aims to lead cosmetics market in Indonesia also highlighting its position as e top cosmetics manufacturer in local and international. I have been placed in 3 different labs which is physical-chemistry, instrument, and microbiological. Then, I studied about:1. Inspected raw materials, water, intermediate goods, and finished products and may encompass laboratory testing for physical and chemical characteristics, such as texture, colour, pH, density, viscosity, etc.2. Conducted comprehensive quality testing on 10+ bulk and finished products.3. Used HPLC and FTIR spectrophotometer to analyze active substance in products, also did titration methode calculated chemical contents must not exceed the safe concentration limit.4. Microbiological testing to ensure the products hygiene, such as total plate count of number of colonies, testing of positif or negatif pathogenic bacteria (Salmonella, etc).5. Expired products that are returned are also retested. The test results show that some of expired products still maintain good quality and do not undergo any physical or chemical changes. Percentage of expired makeup is greater than skincare expired which tend to be more susceptible to changes after expiration.

The Association operates in the professional field, especially scientific expertise. It serves as a platform for the development of chemistry students, act as a liaison between students and department. As vice head, I'm responsible to:- Overseeing internal departments, namely Internal Affair, Student Resource and Development, Skill & Research, Student Welfare, and Art& Sport.- Supervised the coordination flow of each internal department.- Provided assistance through monthly work meetings, organizational development activities, such as leadership on training, administrative, media management, etc.- Evaluated the performance of all the staff to reach Key Performance Indicators, successful cabinet achievement reaching up to 92%.- Created awards such as best of staff every month, which will be uploaded on HIMKA's social media.

The educational laboratory in the Department of Chemistry supports the implementation of practical coursework, particularly for the Bachelor's Program. Various courses in the Bachelor's Program (S1) conduct their practical sessions in this laboratory, guided by teaching assistants selected through a rigorous selection process. As laboratory assistant, I'm responsible to:- Created the procedure and verification of methode.- Led 150+ students for doing experiments and responsible for safety work in laboratory.- Encouraged students to understand the material from results discussion.- Marked the reports and test to evaluate students competence.

Research funded by KemenRistekdikti on the topic of fuel cells to support the SDG's related to environmentally friendly energy. Conducted at the Microorganism Chemical Laboratory which is focused on research, such as undergraduate theses, master's theses, and doctoral dissertations.- Assigned as an assistant in doing all research- Reported progress regularly, and some of administrative.

ITS EXPO is one of the major events organized by BEM ITS, featuring competitions, talk show, and exhibition. This event successfully bringing 10 of best arts from ITS students to be showcased at exhibition, 38 department and 15 research teams that participated by displaying their works, and reached 1500+ local and general attendees. My responsible as secretary is:- Handled all administrative documents to ensure optimal performance.- Created standard operational procedures for event administration resulted in an 90% increase in efficiency.- Supervised data management division of 25 peoples to manage participant data, attendance, and feedback forms.- Prepared event proposals and accountability reports, coordinated with BEM and directorate ITS.

- Learning about coffee species, variety, and origin, also coffee processing- Creating project about fermentation on coffee beans, relate to drying process- Elaborating the materials to present to audience (mostly coffee activist)

Human Resource Development acts as supervisor of all students in Chemistry Major. The work program in this division is divided into basic and advanced programs. The basic program is aimed at new students, including orientation, training of management skills, as well as kaderisasi to introduce basic manners and instill a sense of belonging to associations. Meanwhile, the advance program is aimed at intermediate to final level students, including exploration and career preparation. As a staff, I learned many things in developing student resources and mapping systems based on their respective passions at managerial, talents, scientifics, and entrepreneurships.

GERIGI ITS is campus orientation for new students that introduce the environment and anything about college. As head of event division :- Supervising team and their performances in the event- Implementing the material to more than 4000 participants- Inviting Mayor of Surabaya City to be a speaker

Ini Lho ITS! also known as ILITS is one of the biggest annual event held by BEM ITS. ILITS! 2022 brings up another online event highly anticipated by high school student across or abroad Indonesia.- Successfully held an ITS Fair which provided complete information about ITS scholarship and achievement, also Talk Show with speakers from the most outstanding students/alumni which was attended by 1500+ viewers on Youtube.- Successfully held an Faculty & Department Day which provided a detailed explanation of each department at ITS which was attended by 1000+ participants on zoom conference.- Assisting the head of the division to handle all technical and non-technical preparations.- Built strong bonding with team, influencing a good work environment to enhance their performance.
