End-User Technical Support Analyst
Current● Install, configure, maintain, and monitor computer equipment, operating systems, applications andnetwork.● Provide first-line technical support to employees, addressing their IT needs in a timely and efficientmanner.● Handle the IT requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding.● Manage and invite users on Slack platform as well as troubleshooting technical difficulties.● Create users and roles using AD as well as hosting client computers with Windows Server.● Create, modify and apply GPOs as for daily operations and new implementations.● Manage CrowdStrike Falcon Administration tasks, including installing, implementing, maintainingand administering the Falcon platform.● Deploying and managing Falcon sensors, creating groups, configuring deployment and preventionpolicy settings● Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues; research and identify solutions to restoreservice /resolve issues.● Manage and resolve IT tickets related to cloud applications, systems, and infrastructure, includingGoogle Suite, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom.● Handle the IT requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding.● Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.● Assist with IT projects as required.● Perform IMAC/RD processes for desktops and laptops; understand the importance ofeach process; dependencies and results.● Create users and roles using AD as well as hosting client computers with Domain Controller.● Manage and troubleshoot GPO, DHCP and DNS on Domain Controllers.● Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.● Manage APs, VPN tunnels and connections for remote users with their credentials.● Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offercomprehensive advice and instructions.● Maintain and update Contact Center and HQ Network Layout.● Ensure all issues are properly logged, monitored and completed in Zoho Desk.
