End-User Technical Support Analyst
Current- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor computer equipment, operating systems, applications andnetwork.
- Provide first-line technical support to employees, addressing their IT needs in a timely and efficientmanner.
- Handle the IT requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage and invite users on Slack platform as well as troubleshooting technical difficulties.
- Create users and roles using AD as well as hosting client computers with Windows Server.
- Create, modify and apply GPOs as for daily operations and new implementations.
