As the Chief Operating Officer at Excel Academy, I have over five years of experience in leading and managing a team of Excel experts and facilitators, who deliver fun and interactive Excel workshops for various clients and industries. I am responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, operations, marketing, and finance of the company, as well as developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders and customers.I have a BA in Applied Psychology for Professional Context, with a focus on Industrial Psychology, and certificates in Project Management and Logistics and Supply Chain Management. I have a strong background in project planning and event planning, having worked as a Project Manager at Super Group and a Facilitator at Yeshiva College of South Africa. I use Excel as a powerful tool to find efficient and simple solutions to complex problems, and to enhance my productivity and confidence in my work and life.
