Lead the set-up and growth of BCG’s new Design and Innovation Studio in India (which is one of three global studios based in Bangalore, Madrid and Atlanta), overseeing a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers and technologists, and contributing to the successful launch of multiple businesses and innovation initiatives which increased revenue and global business growth, including a co-creation lab / production facility which researched emerging tech to work on imagineering projects like conceptualising smart cities (NEOM City, Middle East), Reinvigorating Retail and Tourism though the Metaverse (Orchard Street, Singapore), Super-apps, Digital transformation and urban community design (Addis Ababa, Ethiopia), AR Data visualisation and Digital Twinning for the Mining Industry (Exxaro, South Africa), IOT and Sensors in Beer production optimisation (Carlsberg, Germany), and much more.Additionally, as Center Head of the Bangalore facility, I brought together consulting and service business teams (data & analytics/research/design/product/SME) to create a space, focused on tackling multidisciplinary projects and creating new service offerings to take to market collectively, breaking silos and creating cross collaboration and upsell opportunities between BCG's service businesses, creating innovation transparency and reducing costs by not reinvesting in same technologies, lead design and brainstorming workshops to prototype new digital products that enable the consulting pipeline.
