Responsible for back and front office duties, checking-in patients upon arrival, obtain and chart vital signs and medical history, assist with minor medical procedures and exams, assist with obtaining co-pays, scheduling appointments, answering calls, obtaining medical records from other facilities, filling charts and paper work in there rightful place.

Patient Care Tech: Worked as a PCT for 3 Years in the departments of Renal Transplant and Day Surgery. Responsible for receiving patients for surgical procedures, pre-op evaluation, vital signs, charting duties, post-op checks, transport patients, front and back office duties, putting in orders, triage phone calls, provide administrative and secretarial support to technical services staff and organize charts for next surgery day. Support Tech.: Worked as a Support Tech for 3 years in the departments of CICU and Renal Inpatients. Responsible for set up of patient’s rooms, stock bedside tables and medication room with nursing supplies help change beds; make sure beds are in the O.R for next surgery day, and a secretary relief person.

Responsible for screening persons and bags for mental or foreign objects before boarding flights.

Responsible for traveling to area retail stores to inventory merchandise.
