The Director will maintain all required payroll and tax documents and will ensure that basic and custom reports exist to meet the needs of the organization. The Director will supervise and support the coordinator(s) they oversee with the overarching goal of producing an error-free payroll in the most efficient manner possible. The Director will also manage the administration of Ascentria’s workers compensation program. The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Director is responsible for the support and maintenance of a company's HR systems. They are charged with processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity

In order to accomplish this, the employee will maintain a high degree of knowledge regarding payroll regulations and act as a resource to the Ascentria Management team. Prepare and mail COBRA benefits letters to employees, insurance companies, etc.
