• Launched a church plant alongside our Lead Pastors.• Grow and lead multiple teams.• Work together with church leadership to create a budget and vision cast.• Plan and schedule Sunday Morning Experiences.• Manage social media, and create graphics and branding standards.• Create policies and procedures for all ministry areas in the church.• Plan and execute all church events.• Walk people through a variety of issues including marriage, family, addiction, and mental health problems.• Process all of the bookkeeping and payroll.• Head of Life Group ministry.
