“Bands” is a service for hobbyist musicians that creates bands and schedules a program that includes weekly sessions with musical mentors, a live performance, video shooting, and recording sessions. In this role, I am:* Setting up from scratch and growing the business to a thriving community with 80+ paying members, and hundreds of followers on social media platforms. Including go-to-market strategy, financial planning and project management* Single-handedly running all aspects of the business operation, including communications, accounting, budget planning (annual revenue of 80,000€), marketing and social media * Project management - Organizing 40+ activities and events, including live concerts, festivals, workshops, video shoots production and company team-building off-sites.* Managing a team of 5 musical mentors including onboarding and setting workflow guidelines. Actively listening to teammates to better understand needs and pain points* Establishing a network of partnerships within the local music scene with businesses such as Just Music, Native Instruments, BerlinGreen, noisy rooms studios, and more * Constantly exploring diverse channels and opportunities to amplify the organization's visibility and members' connection to the community, including merchandise and social events

Consultancy on an administrative level and customer relations managing all new incoming inquiries addressing ongoing correspondence and follow-ups, handling all social media efforts

"Akevot" is a center for documentation, research, and promotion of human rights within the context of the Palestinian/Israeli conflict. I was responsible for digitizing, cataloging and creating a database of various forms of formal governmental documentation originating from multiple archives.

I Provided legal advice and represented Israeli NGOs and human rights organizations. Including writing, filing, and litigating petitions at the Israeli High Court of Justice. Legal correspondence, negotiation, creating documents, press releases, meeting diplomats, and client account management in one of Israel's major Human rights law firms.
