Current“Bands” is a service for hobbyist musicians that creates bands and schedules a program that includes weekly sessions with musical mentors, a live performance, video shooting, and recording sessions. In this role, I am:* Setting up from scratch and growing the business to a thriving community with 80+ paying members, and hundreds of followers on social media platforms. Including go-to-market strategy, financial planning and project management* Single-handedly running all aspects of the business operation, including communications, accounting, budget planning (annual revenue of 80,000€), marketing and social media * Project management - Organizing 40+ activities and events, including live concerts, festivals, workshops, video shoots production and company team-building off-sites.* Managing a team of 5 musical mentors including onboarding and setting workflow guidelines. Actively listening to teammates to better understand needs and pain points* Establishing a network of partnerships within the local music scene with businesses such as Just Music, Native Instruments, BerlinGreen, noisy rooms studios, and more * Constantly exploring diverse channels and opportunities to amplify the organization's visibility and members' connection to the community, including merchandise and social events
