I am the head instructor of Tai Chi Chuan, specializing in the forms developed by the legendary masters Cheng Man-Ching and Sun Lu-Tang. My focus is not only on teaching the traditional sequences but also on honing advanced techniques such as push hands, straight-sword (jian) dueling, and practical self-defense skills. With years of experience, I guide students through the deeper principles of Tai Chi, emphasizing balance, precision, and the martial applications of the art. My approach combines the elegance of Tai Chi’s fluid movements with the discipline and effectiveness needed for real-world self-defense, helping practitioners cultivate both mental clarity and physical strength.

After collaborating with Dr. Jeff Sutherland to expand the reach of our training programs in Japan, we proudly took a significant step by forming a joint venture with KDDI, Japan's second-largest telecom provider, and Eiwa Systems Management (ESM). This partnership not only extended our presence into the Japanese market but also marked the establishment of our first overseas outpost. Through this joint venture, we aimed to bring cutting-edge agile and Scrum methodologies to one of the world's most innovative technology hubs, empowering local organizations to adopt and scale agile practices effectively. This milestone was a key moment in our global expansion strategy, reflecting our commitment to fostering agility across diverse industries and regions.
