I played a leadership role in the Africa Data Analytics team, which consist of 140+ full spectrum analytics professionals. I drove the Energy & Resources, Enterprise Data Management and Global channels to meet our targets; leaning on a strong technology focus on Informatica, SAP, Microsoft, Azure and AWS. I ensured that the team services both our local and global clients with relevant solutions and thought-ware, whilst delivering on short to long term engagements. The solutions delivered included information strategies, large scale delivery and the establishment of sustainable structures like CoE's & Learning hubs. I have led multiple large scale business transformations with a multi vendor tech stack backbone. I have also setup up talent hubs in the US and Europe, focussing on embedding new age technology thinking at tertiary levels and using that as a gateway into tier 1 companies. I was also the Deloitte Risk Advisory Global Client Leader for two JSE and NYSE listed organisations (In the top 50 Deloitte Global Clients list) and part of the Deloitte Global Risk Advisory leadership for Energy & Resources, SAP and Innovation hubs.

I led technical delivery teams in analysis, design and implementation of data warehousing and data management solutions. The primary technologies were Microsoft (.Net, SQL), Oracle and SAP. Besides leading business developing drives at selected clients, I also grew the internal capability by focussing on developing project technical delivery excellence methods and ways of work.Primary industries supported was Financial Services and Consumer.

Supported the Short Term Actuarial Team by leading the technical development of the short term insurance models, data mining, and the front end and back end application development to automate model creation.Main technologies was Microsoft (.Net, SQL, C++) with integration into multiple specialised actuarial applications.

A Web and Windows developer that helped develop the National Learner Records Database using Front end (C++, C#, .NET, Java) and Back end (SQL, Oracle)
