Responsible for acquisition of home loans & loans against property in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Gujarat. I am managing a team consisting of 30 relationship managers for loan acquisition & simultaneously handling a team of 3 relationship managers for retention of existing clients. As a part of Federal Bank's first ever Dedicated Sales Team to canvass Retail Asset Products (i.e. home loans , Mortgage loans);I made tie-up with Real Estate Consultants, Brokers, Financial Advisers, Builders, DSAs to source new retail loans for the bank and I had to pass on regular feedback to product team to help them to improve the existing products or to design new products.
