Role & Responsibilities1. Assisting in the management and delivery of the projects.2. Checking the plans, drawings & quantities for accuracy of calculations.3. Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.4. Communicating with clients & their representatives includes attending regular meetings to keep them informed of the Project's Progress.5. Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.6. Engineering deliverables and initiating appropriate corrective actions.7. Cooperate & communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.8. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, including overseeing the procurement strategy and requisition of materials and plant confirming to the quality standards.9. Responsible for preparation of detailed project reports (feasibility, detailed design, and survey) as per the specifications and methodology defined in the contract agreement.10. Provides regular monthly project reports on project performance, such as quality audit results, implemented corrective actions, improvement needs, and various statistical analyses, ensures adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of non-compliances. and submitting the final report to RVNL concerned officials for their review.11. Attending the corrections as per the comments received from railways/clients. Guide and evaluate the performance of the development team.12. Use the project schedule & work breakdown structure produced from the methodology tool to guide the team in the implementation of the project.13. Effectively manage the project team including personnel from different sections and ensure effective communication at all times.
