- Leading service team of 22 for Bioclean, Asceptic and Containment division.- Spares and service business development (including AMC).- After sales and vlient handling.- Installation/ project/ site management. (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ)- Vendor management and negotiation.- Troubleshooting.

• Support R&D team in conducting performance testing of new developed products and machine purchase.• Trials, inspection and testing of special purpose machines or equipment procured by R&D or sales dept.• Suggestion to R&D team in improving existing product.• Handling pre sales and after sale services, installation, commissioning and customer complaints.• Visiting customer to understand their requirements or problems and providing solutions.• Handling projects of skid manufacturing for food and pharmaceutical sectors from start to end. (Component selection, fabrication, system integration, FAT, installation and commissioning)• Electrical components selection, wiring and programing for the system.• Prepare and maintaining service reports in ERP systems.• Managing subordinates and assigning works to them assuring proper solution of every customer.•

Selection and procurement of bought out articles.• Design of hydraulic and pneumatic system of the machine.• Managing production at the machine shop.• Assigning tasks to operators during the production of machined jobs. • Assembling all the parts of machines after getting all the mechanical parts of the machines manufactured according to the drawings provided.• Alignment works when required in the machine.• Developing the designs wherever required for the optimum working of the machine.• Handling the pre dispatch inspection of customer.• Installation and commissioning of the machine at the site.
