 NAM(National Account Manager) Stint – VBS sales - Worked on a project to drive FLV(Fixed line Voice) product across a list of hunting Accounts- Increased penetration in the hunting accounts, created an opportunity of 5.46 Million/annum  RM Stint – Prepaid sales - Learned about the nitty gritty of prepaid sales, distribution basics, competition strategies and roles and responsibility of RM- Improved GAS/CMS in the market by driving unlimited products and at the same time ensured optimum channel earning

Worked on a project to Identify and recommend New International Markets for CEAT Passenger Car Radial Segment. Conducted market research on 12 geographies/countries and developed a matrix of "Attractiveness of the market Vs Ability of CEAT to enter into the market". Recommended markets based on their position in the matrix and multiple other factors.

 Procurement process management- Handled procurement for some of the major contracts related to construction process- Conducted pre-qualification, moderated negotiation meetings and analyzed bids- Evaluated commercial comparisons and compiled Vendor Selection Reports- Guided compliance audits with respect to construction and procurement process- Coordinated with team to put processes in line with company’s official guidelines- Achieved Audit Closures for the project with zero NCs(Non-conformity Project Management- Monitored project progress and took action steps to ensure completion within timeline- Managed multiple vendors and ensured 100% adherence as per the project requirements- Maintained Project Insight, an online platform for storing and sharing project details- Revised project deadlines, targets and updated other critical documents/information

Led the operations for Valonia, a student startup working as a training marketplace.Valonia has now pivoted to a challenge based reqruitment company

Worked in the CAE simulation department with occupant safety team. The project was to develop a Higher Fidelity Sled Model which can simulate dummy kinematics as in Full Body Crash models. The Sled model helped reduce the time and cost involved.
