Over four years, I contributed to optimizing operations and achieving business objectives for one of Sri Lanka’s most prominent apparel manufacturers.Currently, I serve as the Director of Business Development at P&S, a heritage bakery and confectionery business with over 122 years of history. Over the past year, I have led transformative initiatives, including the establishment of two solar power plants, modernizing governance through a new Board of Directors, and orchestrating brand-building events like the Rukmini Kodagoda Golf Tournament.
