My career began as the Information Systems Coordinator for the Tel Aviv District (now part of the Central District) at Maccabi Healthcare Services, followed by roles as the IT Manager for the Honigman fashion chain, Head of Technology Procurement and Tenders in the IT Department of the Ministry of Justice, and Head of the CIO Office at the Ministry of Welfare. Currently, I work as a consultant specializing in procurement and tender management.Throughout my professional career, I have gained diverse knowledge and experience, managing various projects on professional, operational, and business levels. Today, I utilize this extensive expertise to support my clients in advancing the goals and objectives of their organizations.This support includes implementing methodologies for efficient procurement and tender management in compliance with the Mandatory Tenders Law and its regulations, preparing tenders, and providing guidance throughout the entire procurement lifecycle—from the initiation stage, through the tendering process, to overseeing contract implementation—all aimed at ensuring efficiency and success in proper procurement processes.
