My professional goal is to provide racial equity services to organizations and individuals. I provide this in the form of racial equity life coaching, workshop design and facilitation, racial equity transformation support in the setting of goals, the creation of plans, the implementation of plans, and the conduct of assessments; and the establishment and successful operation of accountability systems.Professional Experience:As a trained chemist I delivered chemical engineering and logistics engineering services to department of defense contractors. As manager of integrated logistics support and business services for Bendix, I provided systems engineering management expertise.The next 15 years was spent as owner and operator of a business planning and busineses development firm. I provided services to start-up small and medium sized businesses, government agencies and religious organizations. I produced a radio talk show, a radio news program and organized university support programs for businesses. A highlight of the many projects successfully undertaken as a business developer was the formation and management of a cooperative that was a worker owned and operated temporary employment agency. I have also provided a variety of support to government agencies, nonprofit businesses including technology transfer, economic development, community development studies, and workforce delivery programs.An additional expertise in antiracism training and racial equity auditing was useful in working with individuals, businesses, and religious organizations.
