Currently a Senior Agile Product Owner for the European IT landscape at Aegon Asset management. During my previous roles I've gained experience in application maintenance, Incident management, Release Management, Service delivery management and first, second and third line support, ISEA3402 and Sox compliance, Risk management and integration of Security on all layers. Many years of experience on the execution of outsourcing projects and the Service management involved to both near and offshore. Currently working on Digital transformation, Cloud movement, RPA and DevSecOps. I am an enthusiastic allrounder who values communication over technology. I am a maker, creator and a Fixer both professionally and at Home. Quick at understanding the potential value and relations of large and complex systems, with a strong drive for Continuous Improvement. Like to structurally solve complex issues.
