I led a PMO team of engineers in one of the flag project in IAI.As part of the role I had a responsibility for various areas: ► Systems Requirements Specification and implementation of new systems in IAI► Risk analysis and raising the flags ahead of time to the upper management ► Analyzing the changing reality and drawing conclusions regarding manpower, budget and scheduleDuring my job I led teams to the client site in the US (Lockheed Martin) to do a brainstorming sessions with their engineers regarding methods of work, new systems etc.

As part of the role, I am responsible for and manage the following areas:► Project budget management - progress reports on the timeline including budgets and sales.► Customer retention - Make regular meetings with customers, report progress on the timeline.► Management of engineering and development teams - meetings, reports, performance targets
