StarQuest is An educational app that enhances learning and mentorship through innovative gamification strategies and empowers users for outstanding performances. This role is in collaboration with TISPACE.I collaborate with a team of developers to build a learning platform to enhance students learning skills.I’m writing test scripts in Java, performing automated web tasks using Selenium, overseeing SQL database management, defining automated testing infrastructure, and implementing CI/CD procedures.I partnered with Ti-Space Career Accelerator to improve students success, and launched a fully working test automation infrastructure to improve team efficiency.During my time, I learned the work processes of performing manual and automated testing, improved my ability to write automated scripts, and enhanced my multitasking capabilities across multiple fronts.

NVIDIA is one of the largest tech companies in the world. In Israel, the company mainly deals with developing chips for various communication systems.As part of my role, I perform a variety of quality tests on the chips produced by the company. The tests are conducted in different conditions and methods, allowing the company to ensure product quality. Additionally, I am responsible for repairing and inspecting laboratory equipment, as well as making real-time decisions regarding task advancement like prioritizing tasks or deciding to stop in the middle. The role requires the ability to meet high targets and withstand pressure, along with quick learning and deep understanding, as the department is one of the most crucial for the company's functioning.

YES is one of the largest television companies in Israel, providing its customers with satellite and internet television services.I began my way at YES as a representative in technical support, but I quickly advanced and started supporting other departments. Over my five years with the company, I was involved in customer service, digital chat service, mentoring and training new representatives, technical support, acting as a manager in technical support, assisting the team manager as an unofficial deputy, and launching the STINGTV and YES internet service pilots.While in my employee period in the company, three major pilots were launched, and I was the only representative to participate in two of them. Both pilots required learning the systems and understanding the product while working, as well as mapping and creating future work processes to integrate the product into the company. It was necessary to operate the products in real-time with customers, identify issues to be addressed by development in the next version update, or document in training manuals to teach problem-solving methods. In both pilots, I was part of the team that integrated them into the company and created the operating procedures for future representatives. The STINGTV product also served as the foundation for the company's main product, Yes+.As I grew professionally in the company, I learned a couple of crucial skills - ✅ Handling pressure and dealing with a variety of goals and different people, providing the best service for each customer. ✅ How to delve into each issue and find the right solution.✅ Mapping a new product and fully integrating it into the system. ✅ Learned to manage my time effectively without compromising my professionalism in either my studies at practical engineering studies or my work.
