About Aviva Leebow Wolmer

My purpose is to enhance the lives of others. I want to inspire others to become the leaders they can be through helping them to envision their goals and dreams both personal and professional and empowering them with the clarity and accountability they need to achieve them. When I became CEO of Pacesetter, I immediately joined a Vistage group to get the support and guidance of people in similar positions. For 6 years, I relied on the wisdom of the group to help me process complex issues and make tough decisions on topics such as talent, M&A, and change management. Now as a Vistage Chair myself, I get to create an environment that brings diverse perspectives and experiences to CEOs who have a desire to grow and scale their businesses or achieve their visions faster. A mastermind of other CEOs who can come together regularly to share ideas and experiences and help one another avoid wrong turns and accelerate towards their goals.Members report that spending time on their business (rather than in their business) with a group of peers makes them more effective leaders who achieve significantly better results for their businesses. There are openings in my group. I’m searching for leaders with a growth mindset who are open to new ideas and are seeking feedback and peer input. If that describes you and you’re in Georgia, let’s have a conversation. Schedule an intro conversation: https://bit.ly/BookwithAviva--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------“It is not simply the brightest who have the best ideas; it is those who are best at harvesting ideas from others. It is not only the most determined who drive change; it is those who most fully engage with like-minded people. And it is not wealth or prestige that best motivates people; it is respect and help from peers.” – Alex Pentland
