After graduating with an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, I founded AR Communications Inc. and have spent the years honing my expertise as a results-oriented content marketing professional. As a career communicator, I've had the privilege of delivering strategic marketing and content development solutions for some of the world’s most respected companies, including Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, Palo Alto Networks, Wealth Enhancement Group, Eaton Technologies, and more. I've successfully executed hundreds of content marketing strategies for clients across a range of industries, helping them optimize the customer journey, generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and drive measurable outcomes.As a lifelong community builder, I also co-founded Conscious and Carefree, a movement dedicated to showing people how to love life and live big, as well as Toronto’s Psylon, a vibrant local community designed to bring businesses, advocates, practitioners, and dreamers together to foster more compassionate and conscious ways of living, working, and being.Most recently, I co-founded Guides Collective, an organization dedicated to connecting seekers with trusted psychedelic guides, facilitators, coaches, and sitters. This builds on my 15+ year pedigree working in conscious circles, along with my proven experience helping organizations in the psychedelic industry refine and reach their missions.
