* Address and escalate Data Subject requests via all applicable incoming channels.* Engage with relevant stakeholders to resolve tracking of data requests.* Conduct eligibility checks for Data requests.* Provide ideas/actions to drive process & system improvement in relation to data subject contacts across the Takealot.com group* Manage/adhere to all SLA’s in relation to POPI Act data requests.* Carry out internal audit procedures regularly in relation to internal compliance practices including SOPs & Policy changes for new and existing features across brands.* Review and identify data subject information to support the Information Officer.* Work with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory risk.
