Am working project entitled "Design and development of electrode to generate Hydrogen peroxide" and "Development of next generation of water electrolyser to generate green hydrogen"Applied sophisticated concepts around a framework to craft design solution that scaled for Hydrogen peroxide and HydrogenTo design and assemble cell-stack the Proton Exchange Membrane based Water Electrolyser and Anion Exchange Membrane water electrolyserStudied, read, and understood schematic diagrams, product manuals, process documents, and gather information regarding its parts, fixtures, tools, etc.Set up, arranged, and operated multiple types of equipment as per the specifications and instructions from the supervisor.Electrical wired including wiring diagrams on 120v, 220v, and 3 phase powered machinery.Fitted, built, and reconstructed various parts to ensure a smooth process of component amalgamation.Prototyped new designs while closely working with mechanical and electrical engineers to work out any product issues for mass production of machines.Performed regular tests and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is in accordance with specifications.

Performed regular preventive maintenance tasks on CNC MachineryPerform setups on CNC lathe and mill, includes selecting tooling, required fixtures, chuck/jaws, and any machine attachments.Download program, make any offsets required, set tooling per the program and verify material matches program.Operate one or more machines, running complex parts, with close tolerances, possibly with seal surfaces requiring special finishes or special threads.Meet production output goals, ensure the quality of all machined parts, maintain production records, quality records, data logs, etc.Read blueprints, routers, work orders, check program, and inspection directions to determine job specifications and tolerances.Verify conformance of parts produced to specifications using precision inspection equipment and record results.Adjusted machine controls to position and align and to regulate speed and pressure of components.Maintained production records, such as quantity, type, and dimensions of materials produced.
