I am an Architect specialising in strategic conservation retrofit at a neighbourhood scale. Having worked in higher education as an architecture tutor/lecturer and in private architectural practice, I am now working across the private and charity sector. I am a project architect at UK Hempcrete’s design practice, Studio Bio, where I am building their Retrofit Right service. I am also currently Architectural Lead for Nottingham Energy Partnership’s Green Meadows project, focused on the strategic retrofit community of the Old Meadows Conservation Area. This role includes producing open source archetype retrofit study and teaching retrofit skills to embed expertise at a local level. I am also currently a board member of Sheffield Community Land Trust.
