Responsible to design, implementing and manager of Embraer’s global Safety Management Systems (“SMS”) Program, including:Management and coordination of a multi-disciplinary team composed of engineers, pilots and psychologists to implement Embraer’s global SMS and a Embraer’s Safety Culture programs.- Development of the prevention report tool on the web;- Knowledge of aeronautical requirements for SMS Implementation; - Knowledge in risk analysis process;- Embraer’s representative performing Gap Analysis;Responsible for performing SMS Gap Analysis and for training of Embraer’s personnel on SMS elements and related processes in Brazil, France and EUA:- Embraer Service Center MRO at Le Bourget – France.- ELEB Service Center MRO at São José dos Campos – Brazil.- Embraer Service MRO center at Sorocaba – São Paulo – Brazil.- Embraer Service Center MRO at Gavião Peixoto – São Paulo – Brazil.- Embraer - Melbourne - EUA.Responsible for develop, implement and monitoring the indicators for the Embraer Safety Program, measuring the safety levels for all certified holders. Responsible for leading the Operational Safety Committee at São José dos Campos;Responsible for supporting Embraer’s investigation teams, located at Embraer’s regional and international offices, including performing Flight Data Recorder decode, Plots and Animation.Responsible for all IT systems at Embraer’s Flight Safety Department.

Responsible to create and implement the Furnas intranet portal for Innovation and new Technologies Department.Participated at Furnas Geography Information System Project for the georeferencing of the transmission lines.IT Support.

Manager of Lotus Notes System.Responsible for Aliança’s Internet Server.Helpdesk support for internet and other communications devices.Participated in the implementation of a new communication system (including email and company’s corporate data base).
