Executed rapid, multi-pronged Agency transformation across media, back office operations and technology platforms,Executed a stunning 6 month turnaround at the Office of Cuba Broadcasting, delivering a brand new schedule on all platforms, radically increasing in-island distribution. Dramatic increase in employee morale from the lowest to the highest levels in the entire Agency. Formulated Agency’s FY14, 15 and 16 budgets. Testify in Congress, present to authorizers and appropriators, brief White House and Congressional oversight committees on all BBG matters.Administered $240M combined budgets and grants for Radio Free Asia, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, and the Middle Eastern Broadcast Networks.Authored and implemented Agency’s 2012 – 2015 and 2016-2018 Technology Strategic Plans driving a complete transformation of IT, back-office and broadcast technology environments. Transformed the BBG from a 2010 technology laggard into the Federal Agency with the highest percentage of cloud based applications by 2015. First Agency to implement a full complement of Office 365 functionality.
