· Preparation of Individual Tax Return including Motor Vehicle, Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Foreign Income, Business Schedule and Rental Property Schedules· Preparation of Company, Trust and Partnership Tax Return including Trust distributions and Losses schedule· Tax planning and cash flow forecasting· Payroll processing, PAYG withholding and instalments· Preparation of BAS/IAS and Annual GST/IAS and lodgement through the ATO Portal· Preparation of Financial Statements of Companies and Trusts in Xero and HandiLedger· Registration of GST, ITW, ABN and TFN for entities and individuals · Liaising with clients via email and telephone on information require for preparation of tax returns· Preparing SMSF tax compliance · Knowledge of Div 7a

• Preparation of monthly financial reports, management reports, board papers for SPSE & subsidiary, Central Share Registry Limited (CSRL)• Checking and verifying MYOB data entry against source documents• Checking and ensuring compliance with all financial and statutory obligations - GST Returns, Superannuation Fund, PAYG, Income tax and Fringe Benefit Tax• Responsible for efficient management of company assets• Entry of general journal entries, cash receipts and payments journal in MYOB• Responsible for accounts payables, accounts receivables and credit control• Raising invoices and following up on outstanding accounts• Preparing Bank Reconciliations• Processing orders• Performing payroll functions• Attending to shareholder/customer queries on a day to day basis
