- Leading R&D activities to drive new technologies for EDCO customers. Managing EDCO Chief Scientist ("Madan Rashi") projects though all product life cycle.- Leading the engineering department, managing all EDCO NPI activities. Leading the implementation and execution of all engineering processes (ECO, Obsolete management, cycle time reduction, copy exactly management). - Leading the customer service department. - Leading key quality process as a manager and a lead auditor, implementing management by KPIs methodologies.- Overall responsibility for employee training and certification process.- Managing all manufacturing documentation. leading the implementation of configuration control mechanisms.- Leading improvement processes throughout the organization by using 8Ds problem solving methodology.

- Internal & suppliers lead auditor (ISO19011:2002).- Responsible for the execution of yearly supplier audits.- Definition and execution NPI processes (eg. ERAMS, CRAMS, FAI etc.)

- Responsible for the implementation & execution of reliability plans for the wafer and mask inspection divisions.- Vast experience in thermal analysis & thermal simulation for electronic boards.- Establishment FMECA and FTA at module and system level for wafer inspection projects.- Implementation of statistical techniques in R&D and production floor (eg. SPC, DOE etc.).- Perform reliability prediction for mechanical and electrical modules and systems (usage of RELEX Suite).- Perform weibull analysis for mechanical components.- Perform Monte-Carlo simulations for high complex system architecture.- Execution of 2D and 3D simulations of failure rate at component level.
