•Management division, in charge of the following brands – Abercrombie & Fitch, Quiksilver, Roxy, and O'Neill.•Negotiations with Senior Management of the brands abroad - Agreements and budgets.•Development and establishment of a franchises network in Israel.•Business development - negotiations with foreign brands, which is not a part of the group.•In charge of over 120 employees.

• Staff management including Commercial manager, Retail manager and Sales manager for Retail and Wholesale market. • Negotiation prices of production, delivery times and coordination between the various parties in front of foreign brands. • Responsibility for market and competitive analysis, building a business plan and marketing strategy. • Development and upgrading of the Sales and Marketing in retail and wholesale. • Manage ongoing marketing activities including preparation of marketing materials, operating PR and sales promotion. • The total current management - pricing, training for sales, management catalogs, complete control on sales forecasting and operations analysis.

• Develop and build a network of retail stores. • Network management of 10 stores, a staff of 40 salespeople and 10 sales managers. • Set sales goals and motivation to meet goals. • Establishment and maintenance of VIP Club, conservation and increasing customer base.

• Negotiating with commercial organizations. • Managing trade relations with suppliers and retailers. • Responsible for the purchase and construction budgets for commercial mix network in stores. • Responsible for developing production and direct contact with factories in China and India. • Managing the supply chain and distribution networks. • Inventory management and logistics.
