I work through different phases of an Opportunity like receiving the RFP from Customer / Sales team, preparing RFP response, presenting the proposed solution to Customer during Solution Defense phase, holding workshops with Customer to refine the proposed solution and cost during Due Diligence phase, submitting the proposal during BAFO phase, submitting the proposal with last negotiated price during LAFO phase, preparing SoW (Statement of Work) during Contracting phase and handing over the project to implementation team during Execution phase.• As Data Engineering Manager, I am responsible for selecting the right set of tools, creating Modern Data Stack, structuring an effective team, communicating with business users, facilitating interteam communication, hiring data engineers and helping them grow into senior roles.For an Agile team in a large Program (100+ members), during the Planning phase, I explain the Features to team, break down the Features into User Stories, elaborate the Stories and allocate them to Iterations based on Velocity and Priority, identify and mark Dependencies (on other teams in the Program, the Customer and its Vendors), prepare Objectives and Risks and present the Plan for next 10 weeks to Business Owner and other stakeholders.During Execution phase, I facilitate / lead / contribute to team events and Program level events.
